I'm a GRANMOTHER! in the makings!!

Yesterday we found out that our daughter and son-in-law are expecting a baby!! We were so surprised!! They've been married going on two years and been together going on 6...so it's time! We were honored to be the very first people to learn in the families!! Today, while they are visiting for my husband's birthday we most likely hit all the places in town that carry baby things as well as maternity clothings...never too soon to start looking!

When they were engaged, one picture was taken that my husband commented on that when they become "pregnant" they should use that picture to announce it! So they did!! They created a beautiful shadow box with the picture in the center and lots of cute things with it saying we were grandparents...here is a close up of the picture itself, and next time I will try to get a good picture of the box.



So in closing, I can hear the breeze whispering in a whole new phase of our lives..we are truely blessed!

This??? is a couple pictures of our nearby lake...Lynx...before and after the rains...we've had more rain since...and later today we will go take more pictures...amazing what a few inches of rain will do!!

The days are going by like the breeze...what have I done?? Lots of this and that, but organized my Identa-Guard files so they are ready to be worked on, began working on "the book", arranged my "creativity room" so that I am ready to begin working in there...and picked up a project of scanning a cookbook and printing copies, plus creating a disc so "next time" the book will be ready to print.

So that is an exciting update on "Just Jane" life...but for sure, I'm listening to the breeze whispers...

Being Crafty

Okay, in 2008 I must also spend time doing some crafts, there are many to try, complete and learn...but I do know there is a great teacher out there...and all that is needed is to becon her and she will be there helping me out!! Yes, of course it's YOU Marie

The beginning of a new year...so many possibilities, so many ideas, so many dreams, where will they all lead?

Although these are all very deep desires, "work" will interfere at times, but I plan to make time each day for a whispering start....
